1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Service Provider agrees to perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services as requested by the Client.

2. LABOR & FEES

Labor Rate: $120 per hour

Diagnostic Fee: One (1) hour minimum

Service Call Fee: $50–$125 depending on distance

• PARTS & MATERIALS

Parts will be billed with a sliding scale markup. Client approval is required before installation.

• PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The Service Provider is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, unseen damage, or failures occurring during or after service.

6. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

For safety and liability reasons:

• No minors (under 18) are permitted outside of a vehicle or within the immediate work area during repairs.
• Client must ensure all bystanders maintain a safe distance.

7. WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Client must provide a safe and accessible work location. Service may be refused if conditions are unsafe.

8. WARRANTY

Any warranty provided is limited to parts and labor explicitly stated on the invoice.

9. AGREEMENT

By requesting and accepting services, the Client agrees to all terms outlined in this contract.
